Hi BlackWidow, and all others.
I recently left the guild because I was uncertain what the aims were, as there was no discussions around raiding at all that I had seen.
It was feeling to me that the guild was very much focused on mythic+ for those that were able to fill one of the free spots which were all mostly DPS as healers and tanks were generally going to the same people. Which considering the relative recent launch of the expac and folk wanting to gear up for raiding was logical, except the evolution to conversations around raiding, adding them to the calendar, making a forum post about it (as per the Castle Nathria one in SL).
People also seemed to have their preferred teams of dungeon runners – that didnt offer any real consistent opportunity to join a team – it was a case of being in the right place at the right time to get a spot in dungeon run.
I’m not blaming anyone for this – during BFA you had the raiding community (not sure if that even exists anymore) and I’m not sure what happened in Shadowlands beyond the ilevel of Castle Nathria being set too high for me, and now you too arent sure what the objective is, as your post clearly indicates.
I’m enjoying running LFR on my shammy, and my unholy DK (other toons being levelled as always with me being a massive altoholic) and would very much like to run raids with you all if you’re doing them at any point in the near future – you can always drop me an in-game email, or a whisper or a Battle Net friend request.
However it all works out for you all – I wish the tigers the best of success in whatever it is you all choose to do in game.

There’s indeed no one to blame for the stop of heroic raids. It is normal for players to have different goals while raiding: some are mainly there for having fun and others wanna go straight ahead for the curve. I hope no one feels bad about it. I agree with Pharven. Blizzard should give more content.
I just hope we get a bit more positivity back in the guild. Let’s see where we can find eachother.
